Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wilder Insurance Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
