Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Richmond producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
