Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Glen Health Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
