Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Richmond, VA)

Stonegate Forge Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Richmond working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
