Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Ember Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Richmond area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
