Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
