Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Reno, NV)

Greenridge Quarry Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in Reno. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
