Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Reno, NV)

Silverline Clear Health runs clinics and patient services around Reno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
