Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Reno, NV)

Nova Junction Construction is a Reno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
