Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Reno, NV)

Foxglove Loom Construction is a Reno contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
