Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Cobalt Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
