Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 464 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
