Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Harbor Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
