Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Partners is a transit-planning firm in Des Moines working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
