Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Forge Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 471 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
