Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
