Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Wichita. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 476 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
