Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Mill Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Charleston. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
