Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline River Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
