Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Rivermark Fern Energy Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
