Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Lumen Fox Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Portland, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
