Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Redstone Loom Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
