Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Field Financial Group is a financial-services company in Dallas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
