Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
