Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Iron Financial Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for vendor spend, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
