Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
