Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Inspection Services is an inspection company in Richmond with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
