Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
