Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Birch Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
