Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Harborlight Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Dallas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
