Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Health runs clinics and patient services around Richmond, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for clinic supplies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
