Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Foxglove Maple Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Richmond. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
