Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Nest Financial is a financial-services company in Knoxville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
