Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Birch Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Atlanta working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
