Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Medical Group is a San Jose company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
