Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Amberfield Birch Care Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
