Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
