Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Oak Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
