Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Lumen Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Albuquerque focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
