Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Ironwood Oak Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cleveland. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
