Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Wren Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Anchorage, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
