Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Silverline Keystone Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
