Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Oak Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 343 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
