Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Banking Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
