Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Nova Ridge Medical Group is a Providence company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
