Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Greenridge Quarry Banking Services is a regional lender in Sacramento with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
