Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Cedar Yarrow Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Detroit. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
