Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Clearpath North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Phoenix. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
