Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
