Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (remote)

Northwind Hollow Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
